The contest is open for whatsapp submissions at 7042818092 and social media posts, both.
You are required to provide a unique title & description for each image submitted along with the date and Your Name, Email Id & Address. For ex: In Selfie with Medicinal Plants category; please mention Name of the Plant (Local, Hindi, English, Botanical); in Selfie with Vaidyas Category, please mention Name of Vaidyas, College/ Hospital Name etc.
You may submit only one selfie.
The same photo cannot be submitted more than once.
Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses. The last date for submission is on 15 October 2023.
Basic editing, including colour enhancement, the use of filters, and cropping of the Photo(s) is acceptable, provided any such editing does not affect the authenticity and/or genuineness of the Photo(s).
Photos that portray or otherwise include inappropriate and/or offensive content, including provocative nudity, violence, human and/or animal rights violation and/or environmental violation, and/or any other contents deemed to be contrary to the law, religious, cultural & moral traditions and practices of India, are strictly prohibited and will be immediately discarded.

The photos will be judged on the basis is creativity and quality.
For Creativity, Quality and Description maximum 6 numbers will be awarded and for maximum likes and comments 4 numbers will be given.
For each category 10 awards will be given.
Participation Certificate will be given to all.
The decision of INDO HIMALAYAN EXPO Authorities will be final and binding on all Participants in respect to all matters relating to the Contest.
The winners will be awarded on the day of the event.
The winners will be informed personally.

Submitted photos must be original, created and/or taken by the contestant. It must not contain any materials owned or controlled by a third party for which you have not obtained a license, must not infringe the copyright, trademark, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
